Yes! Our Starter plan is free forever for up to 5 users. It includes basic leave management, 3 leave types, and Microsoft SSO integration. You can upgrade to Standard ($5/user/month) when you're ready to scale.

The free Starter plan supports up to 5 users. Standard plan supports up to 250 users. For teams larger than 250, our Enterprise plan offers custom pricing and features.

Can I customize leave types (sick leave, annual leave, etc.)?

Absolutely. Standard and Enterprise plans include unlimited custom leave types. You can create any type you need - sick leave, annual leave, parental leave, personal days, bereavement, or custom categories specific to your company.

Yes. You can add company-wide holidays once and they apply across your entire organization. easeout supports regional calendars, so different offices can have different holiday schedules if needed.

After your 30-day Standard trial ends, you can choose to subscribe to Standard ($5/user/month) to keep all premium features, or downgrade to the free Starter plan. You won't lose any data - everything stays in your account.
